Learning Discovering Innovating
About
Talent, innovation and lifelong learning
Code it, create it, design it, compose it
At DMJX we educate the talent of the future in advertising, journalism, photography, communications and media management. We also provides further education for those already working in these areas.
Take a look at our many different courses aimed for international students with an interest in communication and media.
Our goal is to educate communicators that can create messages in words, images or animation that other people can decode and understand. Communication that can make a change.
DMJX collaborates with leading educational institutions all over the world and with businesses and organisations. We do that to ensure that our programmes are close to practice and targeted at a world in change. In addition, DMJX houses several knowledge centre functions and undertakes research in all the areas, that we teach.
Our approach to research and development is that it must be applicable, relevant and oriented towards collaboration. All the researchers at the school teach, participate in joint research projects, and they are are involved in development projects with both our own teachers and external actors with the aim of creating value for the school’s nine BA programmes, short courses, continuing education, and graduate and diploma programmes.
The aim is to make a difference in the branches, for which we are educating.
DMJX is domiciled in both Aarhus and Copenhagen and has around 2,000 full-time students, and just under 2,000 part-time students annually, 160 full-time teaching staff and researchers, administrative staff, and a large number of external lecturers.
